Ilocos norte - pagudpod. well, it was a nice experience. i drove all the way from manila to ilocos norte. travel time is for about 12-13 hours. we stayed at the terra rika dive resort. they have nice rooms, good ambiance but a bad comfort room water. it's like using salt water. room rates are ok. you can stay overnight for 6,000.00 good for 4 pax and additional 650.00 for 5 pax. they dont serve free breakfast during peak season. (too bad)... beer costs 50.00 ( expensive ), but you can brin in food.
